Algemene voorwaarden
- Scope: These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made directly via this website between the Host and the Guest for short-term vacation rental accommodations in Germany. Guest’s terms (if any) are only valid if expressly confirmed in writing by the Host.
- Contract Conclusion: A legally binding rental contract is concluded once the Guest submits a booking request online and the Host confirms it by email or booking confirmation. The contract partner is the Host and the individual Guest.
- Services: The Host provides the booked vacation accommodation with included utilities (electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi) and standard linens, unless otherwise stated.
- Prices & Payment: The total rental price is displayed at the time of booking. A deposit is required upon booking; the balance is due no later than 10 days before check-in. Late payments may allow cancellation by the Host.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Moderate cancellation policy: A full refund is issued if cancellation is at least 5 days before the arrival day. A partial refund is issued if cancellation is within 5 days before arrival day.
- Guest Responsibilities: The Guest agrees to use the property responsibly and follow house rules. Subletting or transferring the booking to others is prohibited.
- Liability: The Host is liable for intent or gross negligence; liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable damages. The Host is not responsible for loss of Guest property.
- Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in time is from 3 PM. Check-out time is by 11 AM at the latest on departure day.
- Data Protection: Guest data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR). 10.
- Applicable Law & Venue: German law applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Düren, Germany.
